A Fool’s Mixture…

In the second Star Trek pilot, circumstance grants Lieutenant Commander Gary Mitchell amazing powers. He’s unstoppable. He has unlimited power. A consequence of the power was that he became cruel, ruthless and egomaniacal. At a moment of weakness when he finds his power gone, the old Mitchell is back and you can see the anguish […]

Sorry Dennis. :(

The Nevada Supreme Court has defended NBC’s decision to not let Dennis Kucinich into tonight’s debate. It’s a shame given the format will allow the candidates to ask each other direct questions.
The Democratic debate starts in about 45 minutes on MSNBC with moderator Brian Williams and Tim Russert there to add fuel to the fires.

Democrat Debate and Romney wins Michigan

Blog: January 15th, 2008

POST-DEBATE WRAP UP:
All three candidates did well. I didn’t see any real shakeup of the race. Obama’s debate performance was MUCH better than his previous showings. I think he’s getting the hang of it. The candidates had the opportunity to ask another candidate a question and Hillary’s was to ask Barack to co-sponsor an senate […]

A Great Day for Waffles and Negative Campaigning! Clinton and Romney win Nevada.

The say-anything, do-anything, flip-floppers Romney and Clinton look to be the winners of the Nevada caucus. Ron Paul takes second in Nevada ahead of McCain. John Edwards got just 4% of the vote. Looks like he’s stayed in he race just long enough to help Hillary get the nomination.
Celebrate Mitt’s and Hillary’s wins with a […]

South Carolina Debate blogging

Blog: January 21st, 2008

8pm EST: Clinton, Edwards and Obama are debating now on CNN. So far, all the candidates are a bit edgier, Obama included.
8:21: Damn. Obama is on fire. It’s like a whole other guy.
8:30: Hillary just goes on misrepresenting Obama’s comments on Reagan AND his anti-war message.
9:11: Clinton and Edwards went after Barack’s health care plan. […]

Hillary getting called on her big fat lies

Blog: January 24th, 2008

Site updates were held up with an FTP/server permissions problem that the ISP has sorted out. So we’re back in business. Still waiting on my new brush pens. The art has been sloooow going. Fun drawing a Tusken raider anyway.
There is a the start of something very positive for the Democrats. Hillary […]
