October 8th, 2008Populist explanation: I guess McCain really does understand how the country feels after eight years of W.
Ageist explanation: He doesn’t know where he is or what year it is.
Fair explanation: He was a decent politician who found himself totally on the wrong side of history and (Hillary-like) is shredding his reputation and shedding every moral principal he held to try to stop a juggernaut. Like when Hillary was on the ropes, I don’t relish kicking someone when they’re down but as long as the vitriol keeps spewing from his campaign I’ll keep calling attention to innocuous yet spectacular clips like these.
