Obama wins 10 in a row, Clinton “fading”
February 20th, 2008With 51% of the vote reported in Hawaii, Obama crushes Clinton in Hawaii 76% to 24%.
That’s ten contests in a row – eleven contests if you count the delegate-free Washington state primary (Washington had a caucus with delegates and national media attention two weeks ago which Obama won but the state held a primary – I have no idea why – Tuesday and Obama won that as well.)
Historically, has any candidate ever lost 10 primaries/caucuses in a row and come back?
Barack Obama cruised past a fading Hillary Rodham Clinton in the Wisconsin primary and Hawaii caucuses Tuesday night, gaining the upper hand in a Democratic presidential race for the ages.
