John McCain won the South Carolina GOP primary with Mike Huckabee a very close second. Fred Thompson’s concession sure sounded like he was finally going to drop out.

The say-anything, do-anything, flip-floppers Romney and Clinton look to be the winners of the Nevada caucus. Ron Paul takes second in Nevada ahead of McCain. John Edwards got just 4% of the vote. Looks like he’s stayed in he race just long enough to help Hillary get the nomination.

8pm EST: Clinton, Edwards and Obama are debating now on CNN. So far, all the candidates are a bit edgier, Obama included.
8:21: Damn. Obama is on fire. It’s like a whole other guy.
8:30: Hillary just goes on misrepresenting Obama’s comments on Reagan AND his anti-war message.
