I believe she mixed her metaphors, a hazard when trying to fight for time to speak on these pundit shows. Probably a mix ot “I dont have a dog in this hunt” or “I dont have a pony in this race” although it usually is “I dont have a horse in this race” so maybe she also had the phrase “Dog and Pony Show” mixed in as well, since any pundit show can be described thusly. Dammit Jim, Im a pundit, not an expert!
I love the Socks and Barney series, and look forward to each new cartoon.
