McCain Edges out Huckabee in South Carolina
Blog: January 19th, 2008John McCain won the South Carolina GOP primary with Mike Huckabee a very close second. Fred Thompson’s concession sure sounded like he was finally going to drop out.

John Edwards got just 4% of the vote. Looks like he’s stayed in he race just long enough to help Hillary get the nomination.
